The process of meditation is not always a motionless exercise. It is a moment when you sever your conciseness from all worldly matters and materialism. You already possess an unbelievable energy which most of us never tap into. When focused on matters that "move the spirit" you may release that energy in movement, without conscious effort.

In all meditation processes you want to achieve self awareness and find a peace that will follow you throughout the day and therefore meet your daily challenges with spiritual control.

In my next post on the subject of Meditation I will go into what I do using Yoga.
