A PRAYER FOR THE HOLIDAYS

As the Holidays are upon us I reach deeper in the sacred vaults of my heart and find gifts that mean far more than anything material. For material possessions are temporary in our life time as we really do not own anything on this planet. We simply borrow them and they are returned when we lay our head down for that permanent trip "into the west" as one song goes.

Humans can always hope as inspired by your actions of love. Hope maybe the only thing they have. While some humans may have lost touch with what are the precious treasures in life, animals never get lost in material things. It is no wonder then why we see animals lying next to a homeless person. They give to each other what we humans seem to overlook sometimes.

This year, before siting in your lounge chair next to a comfortable fireplace, please  consider the less fortunate and say a Holiday prayer. Give them hope which costs nothing but is priceless at the same time.
